How the work is bought

Four steps, each with a price before we start.

Most clients start at the step that matches how clear the problem already is. Nothing here is billed by the hour.

  1. Workflow Diagnostic

    €490

    When the problem is real but not yet clear.

    One workflow, a 45-minute interview and a written decision pack. The fee is credited against an install of €3,500 or more contracted within 30 days.

  2. Fixed installs

    From €1,500

    When the problem is clear and contained.

    Email Stabilisation €1,500, Workflow Install from €2,500, Business Website from €3,500. One bounded system with a written scope.

  3. Business Systems Build

    From €8,000

    When several workflows, integrations or a migration have to move together.

    Priced against a signed specification. Usually two to six weeks, followed by 30 days of stabilisation support.

  4. Systems Care

    €500/month · €1,000/month

    When the system is already in production.

    Monitoring, a monthly health summary and up to one hour of maintenance. Systems Care Plus covers up to four hours a month.
