Questions

What is it built on?
On the open-source Dify platform, unmodified. I host, secure, back up and maintain a dedicated instance for you, and the Dify credit stays in the interface.
Where is my data?
On a dedicated server for your company. Model calls go to the provider you choose. The planned hosting location is the EU.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes, on every plan.
What happens if I cancel?
You get a full export of your database and files, and your data is deleted 30 days later.
Can you build the assistant for us?
Yes. That is the done-for-you plan.
